- Your vital part as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Oasis is:
- Provide great care to our residents.
- Answer residents calls and determine how best to help them.
- Provide support and guidance for residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, and laundry.
- Lead/Participate in engagement/activities with residents in our community
- Assist with meal services
- Work collaboratively with the entire care team by documenting your care giving tasks in our Care Connect app.
- What you need to become CNA on the Oasis Team
- Must be a dedicated and compassionate CNA caregiver
- Must have current, unencumbered, state certified nurse aid certification or Home Health Aid certification
- Ability to think and work independently as well as with direction.
- Communicate with staff members in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Comfortable with technology
